Ruth Burden (1928-2020) created pen/ink drawings of these historic Livermore buildings and sites prior to 1987. She once owned the WayUp Frame store and moved to Salem, Oregon. She taught painting and drawing to high school students through senior citizens. These are signed (undated) ORIGINAL pieces (not prints).
They were displayed for decades throughout the Bank of the West building until 2021, thus are NOT newly framed.$200.00 each as fund raiser for Guild - The photos do not do justice to these beautiful framed drawings.
(The oversize framing, glass, and matt alone costs $175 if new, but each frame is over 35 years old and handled. One customer observed a cleaning streak on the interior. Michael's/Aaron Brothers said it occurs with old non-UV glass and can clean for very nominal cost. The remaining pieces appear streak-free.)
